Jirdeh, Shaft

Jirdeh (Persian: جيرده, also Romanized as Jīrdeh; also known as Jirdeh Shaft)[3] is a village in Jirdeh Rural District of the Central District of Shaft County, Gilan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 1,476 in 376 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 1,513 people in 455 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 1,449 people in 481 households. It was the largest village in its rural district.[2]
