Kharqan Rural District (Razan County)
Kharqan Rural District (Persian: دهستان خرقان) is in the Central District of Razan County, Hamadan province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Surtajin.

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 5,605 in 1,340 households.[3] There were 5,263 inhabitants in 1,449 households at the following census of 2011.[4] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 4,776 in 1,545 households. The largest of its 17 villages was Sarijlu, with 707 people.[2]
