Khatayan, Qazvin

Khatayan (Persian: خطايان, also Romanized as Khaţāyān)[3] is a village in Basharyat-e Sharqi Rural District of Basharyat District, Abyek County, Qazvin province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 901 in 240 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 884 people in 272 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 802 people in 270 households; it was the largest village in its rural district.[2]
