Ziaran Rural District (Persian: دهستان زياران) is in the Central District of Abyek County, Qazvin province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Khuznan.[3] Tati is the main language of Ziyaran Rural District.

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 12,024 in 3,303 households.[4] There were 11,748 inhabitants in 3,556 households at the following census of 2011.[5] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 10,370 in 3,320 households. The largest of its 16 villages was Qeshlaq (now a city),[3] with 3,798 people.[2]
