Kolm Rural District
Kolm Rural District (Persian: دهستان کلم) is in the Central District of Badreh County, Ilam province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Kolm-e Bala. Prior to the formation of the rural district, its constituent villages were in Dustan Rural District of the former Badreh District of Darreh Shahr County.[3]

At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 1,221 in 327 households, by which time the district had been separated from the county in the establishment of Badreh County.[4][5][3] The largest of its 16 villages was Kolm-e Bala, with 702 people.[2]
