Kuh Hamayi Rural District (Persian: دهستان كوه همائي) is in Rud Ab District of Sabzevar County, Razavi Khorasan province, Iran.

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 2,211 in 588 households.[3] There were 1,643 inhabitants in 515 households at the following census of 2011.[4] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 1,449 in 521 households. The largest of its 66 villages was Chah-e Shand, with 259 people.[2]
