Kurka Rural District
Kurka Rural District (Persian: دهستان گوركا)[3] is in the Central District of Astaneh-ye Ashrafiyeh County, Gilan province, Iran.

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 12,936 in 3,729 households.[4] There were 10,374 inhabitants in 3,436 households at the following census of 2011.[5] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 10,250 in 3,602 households. The largest of its 22 villages was Chur Kuchan, with 1,271 people.[2]
