Mahvelat-e Shomali Rural District
Mahvelat-e Shomali Rural District (Persian: دهستان مه ولات شمالي) is in Shadmehr District of Mahvelat County, Razavi Khorasan province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Dughabad.

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 4,424 in 1,214 households.[3] There were 4,430 inhabitants in 1,352 households at the following census of 2011.[4] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 4,350 in 1,354 households. The largest of its 14 villages was Dughabad, with 2,780 people.[2]
