Mirbag-e Shomali Rural District
Mirbag-e Shomali Rural District (Persian: دهستان میربگ شمالی) is in Mirbag District of Delfan County, Lorestan province, Iran.[3] Its capital is the village of Masumabad.[4]

At the National Census of 2006, its population (as a part of the Central District) was 13,085 in 2,766 households.[5] There were 13,650 inhabitants in 3,283 households at the following census of 2011.[6] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 12,608 in 3,420 households. The largest of its 46 villages was Farhadabad (since merged with the village of Shahnabad to form the new village of Mirbag),[4] with 1,635 people.[2]
In 2023, Itivand and Mirbag Districts were established, with two rural districts each that were transferred from Kakavand District and the Central District, respectively.[3][4]
