Muchesh District (Persian: بخش موچش) is in Kamyaran County, Kurdistan province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Muchesh.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 30,884 in 7,443 households.[3] The following census in 2011 counted 28,602 people in 7,968 households.[4] At the latest census in 2016, the district had 21,915 inhabitants in 6,716 households.[2]
