Ordughesh

Ordughesh (Persian: اردوغش, also Romanized as Ordūghesh, Ardūghesh, and Erdūghesh)[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Ordughesh Rural District of the Central District of Zeberkhan County, Razavi Khorasan province, Iran.[4]

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 1,476 in 374 households, when it was in the former Zeberkhan District of Nishapur County.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 1,600 people in 476 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 1,914 people in 615 households; it was the largest village in its rural district.[2]

After the census, the district was separated from the county and divided into the Central and Eshaqabad Districts, the latter including the newly formed Heshmatiyeh Rural District.[4][7]
