Otaqvar Rural District (Persian: دهستان اطاقور)[3] is in Otaqvar District of Langarud County, Gilan province, Iran.

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 8,487 in 2,314 households.[4] There were 7,135 inhabitants in 2,260 households at the following census of 2011.[5] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 6,797 in 2,461 households. The largest of its 96 villages was Kafsh Kal Mahalleh, with 471 people.[2]
