Owshiyan Rural District
Owshiyan Rural District (Persian: دهستان اوشيان)[3] is in Chaboksar District of Rudsar County, Gilan province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Qasemabad-e Sofla.

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 11,269 in 3,216 households.[4] There were 12,576 inhabitants in 3,974 households at the following census of 2011.[5] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 11,539 in 3,970 households. The largest of its 43 villages was Qasemabad-e Sofla, with 2,850 people.[2]
