Patkan, Kerman

Patkan (Persian: پتكان, also Romanized as Patkān)[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Dehsard Rural District of the Central District of Arzuiyeh County, Kerman province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 761 in 171 households, when it was in the Central District of Baft County).[4] The following census in 2011 counted 470 people in 124 households,[5] by which time Dehsard Rural District had been separated from the county in the establishment of Arzuiyeh County.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 481 people in 146 households.[2]
