Pir Kuh Rural District (Persian: دهستان پيركوه)[3] is in Deylaman District of Siahkal County, Gilan province, Iran.

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 4,633 in 1,227 households.[4] There were 3,979 inhabitants in 1,240 households at the following census of 2011.[5] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 3,598 in 1,242 households. The largest of its 29 villages was Pir Kuh-e Olya, with 588 people.[2]
