Qaleh Hashem Rural District (Persian: دهستان قلعه هاشم) is in Shal District of Buin Zahra County, Qazvin province, Iran.

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 4,873 in 1,303 households.[3] There were 4,218 inhabitants in 1,222 households at the following census of 2011.[4] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 3,765 in 1,198 households. The largest of its four villages was Shahrak-e Modarres, with 2,267 people.[2]
