Raisabad (Persian: رئیس‌آباد) is a village in, and the capital of Kishkur Rural District of Kishkur District, Sarbaz County, Sistan and Baluchestan province, Iran, and also serves as capital of the district.[3]

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 458 in 95 households, when it was in the former Sarbaz District.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 467 people in 108 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 465 people in 127 households.[2] After the census, the rural district was elevated to the status of a district and divided into two rural districts.[3]
