Rask, Iran
Rask (Persian: راسک, romanized: Rāsk; also romanized as Rāsak and Rāzk)[3] is a city in, and the capital of, the Central District of Rask County, Sistan and Baluchestan province, Iran, and also serves as capital of the county and of Rask and Firuzabad Rural District.[4] Rask is in the Sarbaz Mountains and beside the Sarbaz River. A road passing through the city links Chabahar Port to the national road network of Iran.

At the 2006 census, its population was 5,931 in 1,102 households, when it was in Sarbaz County as its capital city.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 8,472 people in 1,964 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 10,115 people in 2,411 households.[2]
After the census, three districts were separated from Sarbaz County to establish Rask County, with Rask as its capital.[4]
