The Israeli television mystery music game show Ro'im et Hakol premiered the second season on Keshet 12 on 14 August 2023.[lower-alpha 1]

Gameplay

Format

Under the original format, the guest artist can eliminate one or two mystery singers after each round. The game concludes with the last mystery singer standing which depends on the outcome of a duet performance with a guest artist.[8][9]

Rewards

If the singer is good, he/she will have release a digital single; if the singer is bad, he/she wins ₪20,000.

Rounds

Each episode presents the guest artist with six people whose identities and singing voices are kept concealed until they are eliminated to perform on the "stage of truth" or remain in the end to perform the final duet.

  1. First impression (Hebrew: רושם ראשוני)
    The guest artist is given some time to observe and examine each mystery singer based on their appearance.
  2. Lip sync (Hebrew: ליפסינק)
    Each mystery singer performs a lip sync to a song. Good singers mime to a recording of their own performance, while bad singers mime to a recording by someone else.
  3. Unlock my life (Hebrew: פתח את חיי)
    The guest artist is presented with a video package in which one of the mystery singers discusses their life and musical qualifications.
  4. Interrogation (Hebrew: חקירה)
    The guest artist may ask questions to the remaining mystery singers. Good singers are required to give truthful responses, while the bad singers must lie.

The 1st season has originally conducted as a single season running for 6 weeks, with a tentative [6th episode] finale on 4 April 2023.[1][2] Suddenly, Ninja Israel did occupy its timeslot to continue the 5th season broadcasts on 21 March 2023[3] caused the show to split into two, with the first half (as the proper 1st season) on 28 February 2023,[4][5] and the second half (which would later become the 2nd season) on 14 August 2023.[6][7]
