Shabkhus Lat Rural District (Persian: دهستان شبخوس لات)[3] is in Rankuh District of Amlash County, Gilan province, Iran.

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 11,201 in 3,085 households.[4] There were 9,496 inhabitants in 3,014 households at the following census of 2011.[5] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 8,978 in 3,206 households. The largest of its 37 villages was Garkarud, with 1,443 people.[2]
