Tula Rud Rural District (Persian: دهستان طولارود)[3] is in the Central District of Talesh County, Gilan province, Iran.

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 19,061 in 4,280 households.[4] There were 15,205 inhabitants in 4,043 households at the following census of 2011.[5] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 16,880 in 4,918 households. The largest of its 36 villages was Kishavisheh-ye Olya, with 1,763 people.[2]
