Zhympity
Zhympity (Kazakh: Жымпиты, [ʐəmpɯjtɯ]; Russian: Жымпиты) is a village in north-western Kazakhstan. It is the administrative center of Syrym District in West Kazakhstan Region. Population: 4,931 (2009 Census results);[1] 5,774 (1999 Census results).[1] It is notable as the homeland of writer Qadır Mırza Äli.
