N-Terminal peptide of proopiomelanocortin
The N-terminal peptide/fragment of proopiomelanocortin (NPP; N-POMC), also known as pro-γ-MSH, is a naturally occurring, endogenous metabolite of the polypeptide proopiomelanocortin (POMC).
