Fossil range: Lower Cretaceous; Hauterivian.

Holotype: GZG.INV.78748.

Type locality: Claypit Gott in Sarstedt, Germany; latest Hauterivian, Early Cretaceous.

Paratypes: GZG.INV.78749 and GZG.INV.78750.

Etymology: named after British musician Steven Wilson.
