Adolescent and School Health
Overview
The Division of Adolescent and School Health (DASH) shares its website, /healthyyouth/, with the National Center for Chronic Disease Prevention and Health Promotion (NCCDPHP), Division of Population Health (DPH)/School Health Branch (SHB). The Sexual Risk Behavior section of the joint website highlights DASH’s mission to prevent HIV, other STDs, and teen pregnancy and promote lifelong health among youth.
In 2013, Healthy Youth pages considered to be part of DASH were divided into two main categories - those pages entirely owned and maintained by DASH and those pages that are jointly owned and maintained by DASH and NCCDPHP/DPH/SHB.
