Report of Verified Case of Tuberculosis (RVCT) Form

The Report of Verified Case of Tuberculosis is the national TB surveillance data reporting form. All jurisdictions report these data to CDC on each newly reported case of TB. The results are used for determining the TB morbidity case rates for the United States, U.S. Territories, and U.S.-Affiliated Pacific Islands.
