This wikiHow teaches you how to make your text appear in bold letters on Reddit, using Android. You can use this method in all comments and text posts.
Steps

1Open the Reddit app on your Android. The Reddit icon looks like a white alien in an orange circle. You can find it on your Apps menu.

2Tap the speech bubble icon below any post. This will open the selected post on a new page, and all the comments under the original post.
- You can use the same method when you're making a text post.

3Tap the Add a comment field. The comment field is located at the bottom of your screen.

4Enter your text in the comment field. Tap the "Your comment" field, and enter your comments here.

5Place your comments between **double asterisks** on either side. Everything inside the double asterisks will appear in bold format.
- If you only want a word or a phrase in bold, place the parts you want bold inside the double asterisks, and leave everything else outside.
- Alternatively, you can use __double underscores__ instead. This will give the same bold effect.

6Tap the POST button. This option is written in blue letters in the upper-right corner of your screen. It will post your comment under the original post.
