Under the Democratic Party's 2024 calendar that was released in February 2023, Nevada's race is scheduled to be held concurrently with the New Hampshire's as the second contests in the primaries, following the South Carolina primary on February 3. However, there is currently a dispute with New Hampshire's date as its state law requires that New Hampshire must be the first primary.[2][3]
