2024 Nevada Democratic presidential primary

The 2024 Nevada Democratic presidential primary will be held on February 6, 2024, as part of the Democratic Party primaries for the 2024 presidential election. 48 delegates to the Democratic National Convention will be allocated to presidential candidates.[1]

Under the Democratic Party's 2024 calendar that was released in February 2023, Nevada's race is scheduled to be held concurrently with the New Hampshire's as the second contests in the primaries, following the South Carolina primary on February 3. However, there is currently a dispute with New Hampshire's date as its state law requires that New Hampshire must be the first primary.[2][3]

The filing deadline for the Nevada primary was on October 16, 2023. The office of the Secretary of State of Nevada published the list of qualified Democratic candidates on October 20:[4]
