Boli District

Boli District (Persian: بخش بولی) is in Chavar County, Ilam province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Ganjevan.[3]

At the 2006 National Census, the region's population (as Boli Rural District of the former Chavar District of Ilam County) was 1,646 in 363 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 1,551 people in 353 households.[5] At the latest census in 2016, there were 1,021 inhabitants in 275 households.[2]

After the census, the district was separated from the county, elevated to the status of Chavar County, and divided into two districts and four rural districts.[3]
