The Central District of Kuhchenar County (Persian: بخش مرکزی شهرستان کوه‌چنار) is in Fars province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Qaemiyeh.[3]

At the National Census in 2006, the region's population (as a part of the former Chenar Shahijan District of Kazerun County) was 31,905 in 6,773 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 33,789 people in 8,534 households.[5] At the latest census in 2016, there were 36,010 inhabitants in 9,826 households.[2]

After the census, the district was separated from the county in the establishment of Kuhchenar County.[3]
