Chaman-e Seyyed Mohammad (Persian: چمن سيدمحمد, also Romanized as Chaman-e Seyyed Moḩammad; also known as Mazār-e Seyyed Moḩammad and Mazār Saīyīd Mūhammad)[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Boli Rural District of Boli District, Chavar County, Ilam province, Iran.[4] The village is populated by Kurds.[5]

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 196 in 49 households, when it was in the former Chavar District of Ilam County.[6] The following census in 2011 counted 154 people in 40 households.[7] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 123 people in 33 households.[2]

After the census, the district was separated from the county, elevated to the status of Chavar County, and divided into two districts and four rural districts.[4]
