Chehel Khaneh

Chehel Khaneh (Persian: چهل خانه, also Romanized as Chehel Khāneh; also known as Chehil Khāneh, Chehl Khāni, Chel Khāneh, and Khūnīn)[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Qarah Bisheh Rural District of Zendeh Rud District, Faridan County, Isfahan province, Iran.[4]

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 2,728 in 730 households, when it was in Varzaq Rural District of the Central District.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 2,856 people in 882 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 2,533 people in 804 households, by which time Zendeh Rud District had been established. It was the largest village in its rural district.[2]
