Eskandari-ye Baraftab

Eskandari-ye Baraftab (Persian: اسكندري برافتاب, also Romanized as Eskandarī-ye Barāftāb; also known as Eskandarī and Īskandarī)[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Zayandeh Rud-e Shomali Rural District of the Central District of Faridan County, Isfahan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 2,138 in 519 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 1,927 people in 607 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 1,601 people in 558 households. It was the largest village in its rural district.[2]
