Varzaq-e Jonubi Rural District

Varzaq-e Jonubi Rural District (Persian: دهستان ورزق جنوبي)[3] is in the Central District of Faridan County, Isfahan province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Seftejan.

Not to be confused with Varzaq Rural District.

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 8,862 in 2,150 households.[4] There were 8,043 inhabitants in 2,331 households at the following census of 2011.[5] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 6,539 in 2,185 households. The largest of its 13 villages was Nanadegan, with 1,716 people.[2]
