Esfandak
Esfandak (Persian: اسفندک) is a city in, and the capital of, Mehregan District of Saravan County, Sistan and Baluchestan province, Iran.[3]

At the 2006 census, its population was 2,003 in 440 households, when it was a village in the former Kuhak-e Esfandak Rural District of Bam Pasht District.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 2,387 people in 587 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 2,962 people in 725 households.[2]
After the census, the rural district was separated from the district, elevated to the status of Mehregan District, and divided into two rural districts.[3] The village of Esfandak was elevated to the status of a city in June 2021[6]
