Esmailabad, Khash

Esmailabad (Persian: اسماعیل‌آباد) is a city in the Central District of Khash County, Sistan and Baluchestan province, Iran.[3]

At the 2006 census, its population was 2,503 in 497 households, when it was a village.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 2,863 people in 643 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 4,868 people in 1,193 households.[2]

After the census, the village of Esmailabad was elevated to the status of a city.[3]
