Iroha Nagata
Iroha Nagata (長田いろは born 21 December 1998) is a Japanese rugby union and rugby sevens player. She plays Inside Centre for the Japan women's national rugby union team.[1]

She competed at the 2017 Women's Rugby World Cup,[2] 2021 Rugby World Cup,[3][4][5][6] and 2023 Asia Rugby Women's Championship.[7]
She played for Arukas Queen Kumagaya.[8]
