Wako Kitano (北野和子 born 8 September 1999) is a Japanese rugby union player who plays prop for the Japan women's national rugby union team.[1]

She competed at the 2021 Rugby World Cup.[2][3] and 2023 Asia Rugby Women's Championship.[4]
