Seina Saito

Seina Saito (born 30 May 1992) is a Japanese rugby union and rugby sevens player. She plays flanker for the Japan women's national rugby union team.

Career

Saito competed at the 2016 Asia Rugby Women's Championship.[1]

In 2017, she was named in the Japanese squad for the Rugby World Cup in Ireland.[2][3] She also competed at the delayed 2021 Rugby World Cup that was held in New Zealand.[4]

She played for MIE Pearls.[5]
