Karezan District
Karezan District (Kurdish: Karzan, کارزان، Persian: بخش کارزان) is in Sirvan County, Ilam province, Iran. It is populated by kurds from the khezel tribe.

At the 2006 National Census, the region's population (as a part of the former Shirvan District of Chardavol County) was 8,272 in 1,693 households.[3] The following census in 2011 counted 8,040 people in 1,981 households.[4] At the latest census in 2016, the district had 7,252 inhabitants in 1,958 households, by which time the district had been separated from the county in the establishment of Sirvan County.[2]
