Mozaffariyeh

Mozaffariyeh (Persian: مظفریه, also Romanized as Moz̧affarīyeh; also known as Moz̧affarī and Muzzafari)[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Kut-e Abdollah Rural District of the Central District of Karun County, Khuzestan province, Iran.[4]

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 1,104 in 204 households, when it was in the Central District of Ahvaz County.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 824 people in 176 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 1,005 people in 274 households,[2] by which time the rural district had been separated from the county in the establishment of Karun County.[4]
