Nowbandian-e Pain
Nowbandian-e Pain (Persian: نوبنديان پائين, also Romanized as Nowbandīān-e Pā’īn; also known as Nowbandīān-e Kāfeh)[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Negur Rural District of the Central District of Dashtiari County, Sistan and Baluchestan province, Iran.[4]

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 1,044 in 204 households, when it was in the former Dashtiari District of Chabahar County.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 1,151 people in 262 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 1,271 people in 353 households.[2]
In 2018, Dashtiari District was elevated to the status of a county and divided into the Central and Bahu Kalat Districts, with four rural districts and the city of Negur as its capital.[4]
