Qaleh Chanan Rural District
Qaleh Chanan Rural District (Persian: دهستان قلعه چنان) is in the Central District of Karun County, Khuzestan province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Al Aqda.[3]

At the National Census of 2016, its population was 11,641 in 2,959 households. The largest of its 16 villages was Qaleh Chanan (since elevated to the status of the city of Kanan,[4] with 10,764 people.[2]
