Rudboneh Rural District (Persian: دهستان رودبنه)[3] is in Rudboneh District of Lahijan County, Gilan province, Iran.

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 11,893 in 3,519 households.[4] There were 7,598 inhabitants in 2,514 households at the following census of 2011.[5] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 6,858 in 2,533 households. The largest of its 17 villages was Pahmadan, with 1,682 people.[2]
