Rumiani

Rumiani (Persian: رومياني, also Romanized as Rūmīānī and Rūmīyānī)[3] is a village in Rumiani Rural District of Suri District, Rumeshkan County, Lorestan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 3,360 in 691 households, when it was in the former Rumeshkan-e Sharqi Rural District of the former Rumeshkan District, Kuhdasht County.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 3,837 people in 881 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 3,458 people in 916 households, by which time the district had been separated from the county in the establishment of Rumeshkan County. It was the largest village in its rural district.[2]
