Seylatan Rural District
Seylatan Rural District (Persian: دهستان سيلتان)[3] is in the Central District of Bijar County, Kurdistan province, Iran.

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 4,828 in 1,150 households.[4] There were 4,861 inhabitants in 1,362 households at the following census of 2011.[5] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 1,932 in 611 households. The largest of its 20 villages was Bayanlu, with 478 people.[2]
