Tarman (Persian: ترمان, also Romanized as Tarmān, Termān, and Tormān)[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Howmeh Rural District of the Central District of Lamerd County, Fars province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 616 in 127 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 592 people in 155 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 657 people in 192 households. It was the largest village in its rural district.[2]
