Zaz-e Sharqi Rural District

Zaz-e Sharqi Rural District (Persian: دهستان زز شرقي) is in Zaz va Mahru District of Aligudarz County, Lorestan province, Iran. It is administered from the city of Shulabad.

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 7,169 in 1,246 households.[3] There were 5,634 inhabitants in 1,176 households at the following census of 2011.[4] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 4,904 in 1,268 households. The largest of its 70 villages was Pir Emam, with 580 people.[2]
