If you want to have fuller or longer eyelashes but don’t want to wear makeup, Neulash may be a solution to your problem. Neulash is a beauty product that contains sodium hyaluronate and vitamin B, which promote eyelash elasticity and strength.[1] The product is applied to the area where your eyelashes and eyelid meet, and will usually take a couple of weeks to show visible results. While Neulash doesn’t work for everyone, applying it correctly will increase the odds that you'll see results.
Steps
Putting Neulash on Your Eyelashes
-
1Wash off eye makeup if you're wearing any. Saturate a cotton pad with eye makeup remover, and gently run it over the top of your eyelashes. Then, take the pad and gently wipe in a downward motion to remove any makeup on your lower set of lashes.[2]
- If you don't have eye makeup remover, you can use baby shampoo as an alternative.
-
2Make sure your eyelashes are completely dry before applying Neulash. Pat down your eyelashes with a towel or dry washcloth. Once your eyelashes are completely dry, you can start applying the Neulash.
- Don’t rub your lashes or you could pull them out.

3Close your left eye and look into a mirror. To ensure that you’re getting full coverage over your lashes, you’ll want to look into a mirror so you can see what you’re doing. Close your left eye so that you can see the area where your eyelid and eyelashes meet.[3]
- Avoid getting Neulash in your eyes because it burns.[4]
-
4Run the end of the Neulash pen over your eyelashes. Aim for the area where your eyelashes and eyelids meet. Start from the inside of your eyelashes and slowly move the pen across to the other end of the lashes.[5] [6]
- Try to go over your eyelashes in a single, smooth motion.
- You can apply 2 coats to ensure that you have full coverage.
-
5Repeat the process on your right eye. Close your right eye and apply Neulash over the same area. At first, Neulash may give you a tickling sensation, but this usually goes away after a week.
- It could take anywhere from 2-16 weeks for you to see substantial eyelash growth.
Getting the Best Results
-
1Apply Neulash every night before bed. For the best results, Neulash should be applied to your eyelashes every night for the first month of use.[7] Then, in the second month, you can apply Neulash every other night.
- Get in the habit of applying Neulash at the same time each night so that you don't forget to apply it.
-
2Continue to use Neulash after you see results. Once you use it for 3 months, you can reduce your usage to 2 times a week. Continued use of the Neulash will maintain the length and strength of your eyelashes.
- If you don't notice any results after 3 months, it's possible that you're not applying the Neulash correctly or it may not work for you.
-
3Rinse your eye out with water if you get Neulash in your eyes. Try as hard as you can to avoid getting Neulash in your eye because it will burn and could affect your vision. If you do get Neulash in your eyes, rinse your eyes with cold water.
- If you experience burning, a rash, or blurry vision after using the product, seek medical attention immediately.

Professional Makeup & Hair ArtistAlways use the lash applicator that comes with the bottle or product you're using. This typically looks like either a mascara brush or a thin, eyeliner-shaped brush. Mascara-style applicators work the same as mascara, while liquid liner brushes apply product at the base of the lashline.
