Green is the rarest of all eye colors—why wouldn’t you want to show it off? Using the right hair color, clothing, and makeup can accentuate your eyes and draw attention to them while you’re out and about.

Here are 9 ways you can bring out your green eyes and make them pop.

Try deep purple shades of clothing for a bold look.

Purple makes green pop since they’re opposite on the color wheel. You can also experiment by doubling up and wearing multiple shades of purple simultaneously. Try going for warm purples with red or pink undertones to make your eyes stand out more.^{[1]
